Q:

How do I contact the RSC? 

A:

To contact the RSC, please call us at (636) 474-2REC between 5:15A and 9:00P, Monday through Friday, 8:00A to 7:00P on Saturdays and 10:00A to 4:00P on Sundays. You may also e-mail us at renaudspiritcenter@ofallon.mo.us.


Q:

Do I need to be a member to use the facility? 

A:

No, the facility is open to members and non-members. Non-members will simply pay a daily admission fee based on their residency status. View daily admission rates.


Q:

How do I sign up for a RSC membership? 

A:

All membership forms must be filled out and submitted in-person at the RSC. You will need to bring one form of picture ID (current driver's license, military ID, passport, etc.) and one proof of residency (unpaid utility bill, checks with preprinted address, personal property tax receipt). If the address on your ID is different from your proof of residency you will need two proofs of residency. View membership rates.


Q:

What is a Resident Privilege Card? 

A:

A photo ID the City of O’Fallon issues to City residents. The first card is free of charge. Replacement cards cost $5.


Q:

Why do I need a Resident Privilege Card? 

A:

To receive the resident rate on programs and daily admissions at the RSC or Alligator's Creek, you must present your Resident Privilege Card.


Q:

What do I need to show to receive my Resident Privilege Card? 

A:

You must show BOTH proof of identification AND proof of residency.

 

Acceptable forms of proof of identity are (you will need ONE): Missouri Drivers License, Missouri Non-drivers License, college student ID or military ID.

 

Acceptable forms of Proof of Residency include: Unpaid utility bill, personal check with pre-printed name and address, current auto or voter registration, current personal property tax statement, current rental lease agreement or most current personal income tax statement.

 

NOTE: If your ID does not have an address on it OR your current address you MUST bring in two forms of Proof of Residency along with your ID.


Q:

What is Kids' Korner? 

A:

A childcare service for children ages 3 months to 9 years old offered to patrons of the RSC. Anyone can use Kids' Korner as long as they remain in the building. View costs and hours of operation.


Q:

What are your open swim hours? 

A:

Hours vary depending upon season. View current open swim hours.


Q:

I would like to take my children swimming, but I will not be getting in the water. Do I need to pay a daily admission for myself? 

A:

Yes, everyone who passes the front desk must pay daily admission. This is an admission fee, not an activity fee. If your children are ages 9 or older, you are welcome to sit in our lobby. Children under age 9 must be supervised by an adult at all times!


Q:

My child is not 16. Can he/she come upstairs to the Fitness Center under my supervision? 

A:

Only if your child is between the ages of 12 and 15 and they have successfully completed Weight Room Orientation. You MUST pre-register for this class. The cost is $35 for residents/members and $40 for non-residents. Classes meet on Monday and Wednesday, and last approximately 45 minutes. You must be present both days to complete this course. Any children under the age of 12 may not use the Fitness Center at any time. NO EXCEPTIONS!


Q:

Can I register for programs by phone, mail or online? 

A:

Yes, in fact there are six easy ways to register: mail-in, drop-off, fax, walk-in, online or phone. See page two of the Recreation Guide for details. View this section in the lastest Guide (PDF, 484KB).


Q:

When does your Recreation Guide come out? 

A:

They are mailed to residents as part of the City Newsletter the first week of March, June, September and December. Additional copies are available at the RSC, Municipal Centre (City Hall) and Cultural Arts Building.

Are there any rental opportunities at the RSC? 

A:
