Emily West

Emily’s career in the fitness industry began five years ago when she became a spinning instructor. Now she also teaches group classes such as Boot Camp, Body Sculpt, Bosu, and Cardio x3. And she enjoys working one-on-one with individuals and couples as a personal trainer.

Emily bases her fitness and health philosophy “on a solid foundation and understanding of proper nutrition,” she said. To help her clients, she combines an enjoyable program of resistance, weight training and cardiovascular exercise designed to fit their lifestyle and goals.

“Fitness should be fun and rewarding,” she said. “A program designed for one person might not work for another.”

Personal bio: “My husband and I have two children. I ran throughout both pregnancies and enjoy competing in triathlons, half-marathons and 5Ks.”
