RSC Facility Rentals

RSC rentals offer:

• 1,000 sq. ft. multi-purpose rooms
• 16,000 sq. ft. gymnasium
• The natatorium, with zero-depth pool entry, interactive play structures, three lap lanes, a lazy river, a vortex, and 185-foot water slide
• All of the above for Lock-Ins
• Costs are for residents and non-residents

Reservations must be made in person at the Renaud Spirit Center within two weeks of the requested rental date. All fees and damage deposits are collected when reservations are made. Rental requests are accepted on a first-come, first-serve basis, and are available outside of regular RSC business hours. City of O'Fallon programs and services take priority.

Multi-Purpose Room Rentals
This versatile room easily accommodates 50 people, and has a sink, countertop space and tile floors. At the customer’s request, tables and chairs will be set up at no extra cost. Outside food is allowed for an additional fee.

Gymnasium Rentals
The gymnasium features two full-size basketball courts, an optional dividing curtain, and plenty of room for those who just want to watch. A minimum rental of one hour is required.

Natatorium Rentals
Pool parties are limited to a maximum of 150. A minimum rental of one hour is required.

Lock-In Rentals
Lock-Ins are popular for graduations, reunions, school and church gatherings. The RSC is available for Lock-Ins anytime, after normal building hours. Rentals are for 6 hours and include the use of: The natatorium (aquatic center) for 2 hours (additional pool time is available for a fee); the gymnasium with 12 basketball nets, 2 volleyball nets, optional dividing curtain; multi-purpose rooms for games and activities. Note: Damage deposit equals 50% of rental rate.
